Fire Magic Echelon Diamond 19" Built-In Gas Power Burner
The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Power Burner is a built-in 60,000 BTU side cooker with an inner and an outer burner on separate controls and a heat-concentrating flame collimator, made for wok cooking, turkey frying and other high-heat cooking. Order numbers: 19-6B1N-0 / 19-6B1P-0 (stainless steel grid), 19-6B2N-0 / 19-6B2P-0 (porcelain cast iron grid). The inner burner runs from 3,000 to 15,000 BTU and the outer burner up to 45,000 BTU; the 10" collimator focuses heat in the center 25% of the unit.
It needs 120V power: it plugs into the transformer of a matching Echelon Diamond grill, or into a separate power supply (24187-18) when installed on its own or too far from the grill. An insulating liner (3278-52) is required in a combustible enclosure.
