I have only had the sauna for a short time, it seems like a really nice unit at a reasonable price. Assembly was easy and as stated, a 2 person job. Shipping is curbside delivery thru a freight company, which was good. Communication on delivery from company purchased from, Golden Design Inc. was great, as was the freight company, ABF Freight Systems. There was a small issue with product from shipping, and I only called the service center at Golden Design Inc. to make aware for their benefit. Service center went over and above to satisfy me, when I really wasn't expecting anything. Great to see a company wanting to have happy customers, not just a sale. Overall great experience!!

Nice sweat.

This is an excellent investment. Although we have only had it for a couple of month, so far it has been an excellent product and we have enjoyed it thoroughly. It really was very easy to assemble. It probably took us a bit longer to unpack it than it did to assemble it.

Great sauna after some cheap modifications

 Would only heat up to 133 after an hour and could barely hold high temperatures due to escaping heat. After adding the high R value foam boards to the top, with a whole for ventilation of the battery. It is heating up to a max of 151 and a solid 140 after an hour. The Support team for this gave me $$$ off to do this. So if yours doesn’t heat up I suggest reaching out, then making your own modifications since there is no way in hell to return this massive unit. Overall 5 stars I’m very happy with this
